Because these rates are higher than the world average this is good because this means more access to healthcare, more education, and more work is available which is a good thing. The China quality of life is high because the birth and infant mortality rates are low and this is good, and also the life expectancy, literacy, and GDP per capita are high, this data leads to the conclusion of china being a good quality

I would say Spain is a place that has a lot of things in its way.  The birth rate of 8.7 births so which is a 1,000 population for them.
